What was your favorite thing about this event?
My favorite thing about this event was that it was an early brunch wedding with a fun spin of a fiesta theme. It was very different from what we usually see and made it that much more amazing when it all came together. Blanc was the perfect venue for this event because it is surrounded with white walls and then we added a ton of fun colors to fit the fiesta theme. Kasandre and Zach wanted to keep the feel of their wedding laid back incorporating good food, bright colors and a boozing brunch station. The couple also added cultural components to the decor such as things like spapel picados, colorful rugs down the aisle and a piñata. By adding in these few little components it truly brought together the fiesta theme!
Did you have a favorite design element?
One of my favorite Design elements at this wedding was the printed fabric that went in the middle of the tables. The fabrics were extra special because the couple had purchased them straight from Mexico when they took a trip together. We then added the floral arrangements to the centers of the tables which were constructed in old tin cans that once held jalapenos, tomatoes and beans. These added a great pop of color to the tables. To top it all off the card box was a taco piñata! Kasandre and Zach had fun with their fiesta theme and it showed.
