What was your favorite thing about this event?

Katee and David really wanted their close family and friends to be present and almost everyone traveled from out of state to be there for them. They were the sweetest couple EVER! And you could tell they enjoyed the entire day from start to finish and soaked up every moment. When we arrived at the mansion it had just poured and then this thick fog started crawling in and it was like a fairytale. The entire bridal party embraced this weather change and explored the forest for the rest of their pictures. Then ceremony came and it opened up to be the most beautiful sun filled night!! They literally got every kind of weather, except for snow, for their wedding day and you could tell they were thrilled by it.

What did you like best about working with this couple?

They not only were the sweetest couple around, they were the coolest!! Both are very successful in their careers and on top of that, they are thrill seekers that jump out of planes often. How fun is that?!

Did you have a favorite design element?

The table number they used were pieces of wood cut to hold the numbers that came all the way from Maine where they have family. Those special touches are just so meaningful.

Were there any special/unique design elements/ceremonies?

During their ceremony, instead of doing a unity candle they decided that the most trusting thing you could do for your partner would be to pack their skydiving bags for each other….I would say so!! They put each pack on each other and then stuck a pose. It was really fun seeing them do something different and so meaningful for them!
