We dig in ahead of time to audit your pipeline, follow-up, tours, proposals, and internal process. Then we deliver two full days of hands-on, in-person training focused on execution, not theory. You’ll rebuild what’s broken, pressure-test what’s working, and leave with a clear, customized plan your team can actually run.

• 1-hour onboarding call

• 2-hour pre-camp planning session (customization + goal setting)

• Two full days of in-person training

• Choose from a library of high-impact, modular sales topics

• Plug-and-play worksheets and tools for immediate implementation

• 2-hour team refresher session (2–4 weeks post-camp)

• 2-hour leadership coaching session focused on accountability and reinforcement

INVESTMENT & LOGISTICS

• Initial deposit of $5,000 required to reserve dates

• Travel within the U.S.

• Travel reimbursement required and invoiced with the second payment
