I know, when we say "operations" it makes you want to take a nap. BUT! Having a strong foundation of policies and programs is vital to the success of your venue. Below are a few examples of procedures/programs we tackle.

Evaluations and Reporting
If you cannot measure it you cannot improve it.
First off, we are looking for what are referred to as KPIs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the critical (key) indicators of progress toward an intended result. KPIs provides a focus for strategic and operational improvement, create an analytical basis for decision making and help focus attention on what matters most. We work with you to identify your venues KPIs - then we measure data to see if we are on track and what changes need to be made.
Vendor Evaluations
For each event we conduct vendor evaluations. These are consolidated and analyzed to help you make the best decisions when it comes to your vendor partners.
Client Feedback
Clients are sent feedback surveys immediately following their event. The only way to know if clients needs are being met is to ask!
