The Venue Sales Mastery Cohort™ is a 6-week, high-touch training program designed for venue teams who are done winging it and ready to sell like professionals. This isn’t a workshop. Across six live weekly sessions, you’ll learn how to sell the way today’s couples actually buy, using buyer psychology, modern communication strategies, and an aligned pipeline approach. Each participant receives a physical workbook mailed to them with exercises, frameworks, and checklists that we build out together in class. Each week comes with actionable assignments, guided implementation, and real-time feedback so you’re supported from start to finish.
